Maria Mendivil is the owner of Tower 10 Properties. She named the company after the lifeguard tower #10 in San Clemente, California, where she met her husband, Mike. She has resided Tampa Bay since 1992 and has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University. In her free time, Maria enjoys her 4 rescue pups and volunteering for organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and GiGi’s Playhouse. She loves traveling internationally, salsa dancing, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, Rays, and Buccaneers.
